We’re well into construction on this sun-dappled, tree-wrapped site in Hillsborough, where bold rooflines reach for the sky and every window frames a green view. Designed and managed with care by Amanda, this net-zero home is both striking and serene, thoughtfully crafted for comfort, performance, and sustainability.

From the earliest stages, our clients had a clear sense of their future home thanks to Weatherley’s beautifully detailed renderings. Now, those drawings are transforming into real walls, real spaces, and genuine delight. One of our favorite touches is the use of Hemp Wool insulation—a natural, plant-based material that’s as gentle on the environment as it is on the people inside. Add solar power to the mix, and this home is as high-performing as it is beautiful—no wonder it was featured in this year’s High Performance Home Tour.
