Brentwood Park

Raleigh, NC

2016

We were delighted to work alongside the City of Raleigh and Susan Hatchell Landscape Architecture on reimagining Brentwood Park—a much-loved 19.2-acre community space first established in 1970. Our role focused on evaluating the existing buildings for their potential reuse, identifying ways to make the park more welcoming and functional, and exploring sustainable design strategies that could enhance the site over time. Through a collaborative and thoughtful planning process with City staff and residents, we helped shape a master plan that brings new life to the park while honoring its roots. The result is a vision for a more connected, flexible, and inclusive space that can grow with the surrounding community for years.
