Longview Farms is a replicable, sustainability‑driven model for rural regenerative development. The project integrates a newly constructed, super energy-efficient residence with a renovated barn repurposed as a farm office and guest house. By prioritizing energy performance, local and recycled materials, ecological regeneration, and occupant wellness, the project reduces operational and embodied carbon, supports regional economies, and delivers resilient, multigenerational value. This submission demonstrates how technical rigor and material stewardship can produce beautiful, responsible architecture that honors the cultural context and advances sustainable practice.
