We designed this charming addition to support multi-generational living, complement the existing home, and frame their ever-expanding garden. The apartment features a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and sitting area, and is connected to the main house by a covered walkway. A shared entry court creates a welcoming transition between the two spaces, while matching materials and finishes maintain a cohesive aesthetic. This warm, flexible space offers both independence and connection—a thoughtful response to the needs of an extended family
